Strawberry Pickin

Last weekend Chira, her little boys, and I went to pick strawberries at this great farm in Virgina. I love love love strawberries so I got distracted and only took this one picture of Caden while on the ride out to the strawberry field. So, you will have to check out Chira's Pictures!

Airport Hangout

My brother Ian was not able to be at Alex's graduations because he just had to go to Palm Springs for a wedding, so I thought I was not going to be able to see him. However, we pulled in off - my plane took off 45 min after his came in so we got to hangout in the terminal for just a little bit. It was so nice to see him (I even cried) - my brothers are cool, I wish we lived closer!

Tea Anyone?

While in  Boulder, Colorado Marsha, Keri Jo, and I checked out the famous Celestial Seasonings Tea Factory. Oh my, I was like a kid in a candy store - I love me some good herbal tea and that is just want Celestial Seasonings is known for. While there we got a tour of the factory, had a tea tasting, and shopped in the tea shop - I came away with 7 boxes of tea and a mug. It was so much fun - and educational too! Did you know that herbal tea is not tea at all (which is why I can drink it) and that Celestial Seasonings only made herbal infusion tea for a long time, and in fact the company has been around since 1969!

All Hail The Graduate

My baby brother Alex, is officially a College Graduate. This past weekend I took off to Colorado to attend his graduation, meet his wonderful girlfriend Keri Jo, and hang out with the fam. Other then the fact that is was cold and even snowed we had a great time. So what did the little boy graduate in? Biochemistry!

I am off on a short adventure to Boulder, Colorado to see my little brother graduate from college - and to escape the hell that is having your partner going through Law School Finals. I am so excited to get out of the city and be in the mountains again and to spend Mothers Day with my Mom!
