St. Patrick's Day is one of my favorite holidays! It is the one day a year when being red headed, fair skinned and freckled is cool. So in honor of my heritage (or at least what my dad claims to be my heritage) each year on March 17th I make corned beef and cabbage. This works out great because my hubby loves corned beef and cabbage and there is nothing like pleasing your man!
Every year Nathan's mom or his grandma make corned beef and cabbage too, and I always pray its my families turn for Sunday dinner!! Good thing you both like it.
